Ingredients
- Plums - 400 g
- Grapes - 400 g
- Water - 1 l
- Sugar - 1 glass
- Vinegar (6%) – 0.5 glasses
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Cinnamon - 1 wand
- Star anise - 1 asterisk
- Black Pepper - 10 peas
- Pink pepper - 10 peas
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put grapes and plums in clean jars.
Boil water with sugar, salt and all spices, add vinegar and bring the marinade to a boil again.
Pour the marinade over the blanks and leave to cool completely under the lids.
Drain the marinade, boil it again and pour it back in. Repeat the procedure 1-2 more times.
After the last filling, immediately roll up the jars for the winter.
