Incredibly tasty and simple snack – pickled radish with vinegar. Juicy and crispy, it is saturated with the aroma of spices, which makes it an ideal addition to any dish. The bonus is that this recipe is easy to adapt to your taste and preferences.

Ingredients

  • Radish - 250 g
  • Water - 300 ml
  • Salt - 0.5 tsp.
  • Sugar - 1 tsp.
  • Dill - 2 twigs
  • Vinegar - 1 tbsp.l.
  • Black Pepper - 5 peas
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Cut the radish into circles.

Put radishes and all spices with additives in a sterile jar.

Pour boiling water and leave for 10 minutes under the lid.

Drain this water and add salt and sugar to it.

Boil again and add vinegar.

Pour the radish again and roll it up for the winter.
