- Melon - 1 kg
- Water - 2 l
- Sugar - 250 g
- Salt - 1 tbsp.l .
- Vinegar - 1 art.l.

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the melon pulp into pieces and put it in a jar.
Pour boiling water, cover and leave for 20 minutes.
Drain this water, add sugar, salt and spices, and bring to a boil.
Pour the melon again, pour in the vinegar and roll up the billet.
