To make the pickled bell pepper tastier and more piquant, I always cook it with garlic. In winter, you can use it as an independent snack, add it to salads or any other dishes. For example, in soups, borscht or stew – very tasty.
Ingredients
- Bell pepper - 500 g
- Water - 600 ml
- Garlic - 5 teeth
- Parsley - 2 twigs
- Salt - 1 art.l.
- Sugar - 1 tbsp.l.
- Vegetable oil - 1 art.l.
- Vinegar - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Randomly chop the pepper.
Boil the water, put the pepper in it and boil for 5 minutes.
Put garlic, parsley and this pepper in sterilized jars.
Add the remaining ingredients to the water and bring the marinade to a boil.
Pour in the pepper, sterilize the jars for another 10 minutes and roll up.
