Ingredients

  • Cabbage - 2.5 kg
  • Carrots - 200 g
  • Water - 1.2 l
  • Sugar - 100 g
  • Salt - 1.5 art.l.
  • Vinegar - 110 ml

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Chop the cabbage, grate the carrots and mash the vegetables with your hands.

Tamp them into sterile jars.

Boil the water with the remaining ingredients.

Pour over the cabbage and leave at room temperature for 12 hours.

Cover with lids and store in the refrigerator or in the cellar.
