Sort the gooseberries, remove the tails, rinse in cold water and dry with paper towels.

Pass dried berries through a juicer.

Combine the gooseberry pulp with sugar and mix intensively with a wooden spoon until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Pour the jelly into pre-prepared sterile jars, seal tightly.

Gooseberry jelly without cooking must be stored in the refrigerator! At first, the workpiece will be liquid, but, gradually cooling and being saturated with sugar, the jelly will acquire a thicker consistency.
