Step-by-step cooking recipe

Cut the pumpkin into cubes, add half the water and boil until soft.

Boil the remaining water and pour the dried apricots.

Scald the lemon with boiling water, cut and remove the bones.

Grind all the ingredients with a blender, mix and add sugar.

Boil the jam for about 40 minutes or more until thick.

Roll it up in sterile jars.
