Ingredients
- Bell pepper - 1,5 kg
- Tomatoes - 1 kg
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Black Pepper - 6 peas
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Apple cider vinegar - 4 tbsp.l.
- Vegetable oil - 100 ml
- Sugar - 80 g
- Salt - 60 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Prepare the bell pepper, remove the seeds and stalks, cut into small slices.
Peel tomatoes and cut into large pieces.
Put the vegetables in a saucepan, add sugar, salt, crushed garlic, spices and oil. Stir, cover and set aside for 1 hour.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Pour in the vinegar, turn off the heat and arrange in sterilized jars. Roll it up, turn it upside down and wrap it with a thick towel for a day.
