Green tomatoes with horseradish and garlic for winter

There are always a lot of spicy snacks in my pantry. Among the favorites are green tomatoes with horseradish and garlic. I recommend you to cook them using this simple recipe. I remind you that the horseradish root makes your eyes water a lot.
Ingredients
- Green tomatoes - 3 kg
- Garlic - half a head
- Horseradish Root - 100 g
- Currant leaves - 3 pieces
- Cherry leaves - 3 pieces
- Vinegar - 3 tbsp.l.
- Sugar - 3 tbsp.l.
- Salt - 2 tbsp.l.
- Water - 2,6 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Garlic, horseradish root, peel and chop.
Pierce green tomatoes with a needle in several places.
Put currant and cherry leaves, garlic, horseradish root and tomatoes in jars.
Pour boiling water to the top, cover with lids and leave to warm up for 30 minutes.
Drain the water into a saucepan, add salt, sugar and bring to a boil again.
Pour in the vinegar, remove from the heat and pour into jars.
Roll up, turn upside down and wrap up with a warm blanket.
