- Ginger - 300 g
- Apple cider vinegar - 160 ml
- Water - 80 ml
- Sugar - 70 g

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the ginger into thin slices, boil for 5 minutes in boiling water and discard in a colander.
Mix water, vinegar, sugar and salt, and boil.
