There are different ways to prepare vegetable sauce – it is boiled, stewed, partially fried. And this time I suggest baking the ingredients in the oven. So the snack acquires new flavor notes, and only benefits from this.
Ingredients
- Eggplant - 2 pieces
- Zucchini - 2 pieces
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Bell pepper - 2 pieces
- Champignons - 300 g
- Tomatoes - 500 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 art.l.
- Sugar - 1 art.l.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Vinegar - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel and coarsely chop all the vegetables.
Wrap everything together in foil or a sleeve, and put it in the oven for about an hour at 180 degrees.
Chop the vegetables together with the extracted juice with a blender.
Add sugar, salt and spices, and bring to a boil.
Boil the sauce over low heat to the desired consistency, pour in the vinegar and roll it into sterile jars.
