Ingredients
- Flour - 300 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Milk (warm) – 100 ml
- Baking powder - 2 tsp.
- Sugar - 150 g
- Salt - 0,25 tsp.
- Vanillin - at the tip of the knife
- Vegetable oil - 3 art.l.
- Bananas (ripe) – 2 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix the sifted flour, baking powder, sugar, vanilla and salt.
Separately mix vegetable oil, lightly beaten eggs and warm milk.
Pour the liquid billet into the dry one and mix.
Peel and chop the bananas. To do this, they can be cut, grated or crushed with a fork.
Pour the bananas into a bowl with the dough and mix.
Fill the prepared molds by two-thirds.
Bake banana muffins for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees.
