Adjarian khachapuri is usually prepared on yeast dough. But sometimes you want something new or there just wasn't a bag of yeast at hand. This is not a reason to give up your favorite baking, and then I'll tell you what to do.

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix kefir, soda, salt and sugar. Leave on for 2 minutes.
Add butter and sifted flour, knead the elastic dough, divide into 4 parts and leave for another 20 minutes.
Roll out the dough into rectangles, pinch the edges and form boats.
Rub all the cheese and put it in the boats.
Bake khachapuri in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
Add the yolk and bake for another minute.
