- Kefir - 1 glass
- Flour - 3 glasses

- Baking soda - 1 tsp.

For filling:
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Cottage cheese - 400 g
- Greenery - 0.5 beam
- Garlic - 3 teeth
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Stir in the kefir sugar, salt and soda. Add the egg and butter.
Add the sifted flour and knead the dough. Leave it for 20 minutes.
Mash the cottage cheese with a fork and mix with egg, spices, chopped herbs and garlic.
Roll out the dough into layers and lay out the filling. Roll into bags and roll out again.
Fry the khachapuri in a greased frying pan on both sides until browned. Cook on low heat under a lid.
