- Young zucchini - 300 g
- Greenery - a couple of twigs
- Flour - 4 tbsp.l .
- Mayonnaise - 2 art.l.
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable oil (odorless) – 3 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate the zucchini on a fine grater.
Add salt, stir and set aside for 10 minutes.
Squeeze the zucchini from the resulting juice.
In a separate container, whisk the eggs with mayonnaise and ground pepper.
Mix the beaten eggs, grated zucchini, flour and finely chopped herbs. You should get a thick dough.
Spoon small pancakes into a preheated frying pan with oil and fry until golden brown on both sides.
