Pancakes with apple pie are prepared very easily and the whole process can take you literally 40 minutes. This recipe is much simpler than pancakes with apple filling inside, but it turns out no less delicious.
Ingredients
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Sugar - 2 tbsp.l.
- Ground cinnamon - 3 pinches
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Milk - 300 ml
- Flour (wheat) – 60 g
- Apples - 2 pieces
- Butter - 30 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat an egg into a bowl, add salt, sugar and cinnamon, whisk with a whisk.
Pour in half the milk and add all the flour, mix until smooth.
Grate the apples. If desired, you can cut the peel in advance. Transfer the apples to a bowl, add the melted butter to the same place. Mix it up.
Pour in the remaining milk and bring the dough to the desired consistency – it will be thicker than the classic dough.
Heat a frying pan and brush with a piece of butter. Pour a little dough and spread it all over the pan. Fry the pancake for a couple of minutes, turn it over and fry for another minute and a half.
It is better to serve pancakes right away until they have cooled down. You can add sour cream, jam or any other additive to them if desired.
