It is difficult to call donuts a dietary dish, but there are still options in which baking turns out to be less caloric. For example, you can knead sweet dough without eggs. For this recipe, you will need fast-acting dry yeast.
Ingredients
- Flour - 400 g
- Dry yeast - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 3 tbsp.l.
- Salt - on the tip of the knife
- Vanilla sugar - 1 bag
- Water (warm) – 200 ml
- Vegetable oil (odorless) – 400 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix yeast, warm water, sugar and 2 tbsp flour. Stir and remove to a warm place for 15 minutes.
Mix the sifted flour, vanilla sugar, salt, sourdough and 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Knead a soft dough, cover with a towel and leave for 1 hour at room temperature.
Knead the dough, roll out the cake about 3 centimeters thick and squeeze out the donuts.
Place the donuts on a floured board and leave for 15 minutes.
Fry the donuts in hot oil until golden brown and place on a paper towel.
