Chicken pancakes on yogurt are a cross between cutlets and classic pancakes. You can use chicken fillet or boneless thigh. Instead of sugar, you can add some spices to the dough for a brighter taste.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 250 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Flour (wheat) – 4 tbsp.l .
- Yogurt (classic) – 5 art.l.
- Salt - to taste
- Spices and seasonings - to taste
- Vegetable oil (for frying) – 15 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put the fillet, cut into pieces, as well as peeled and sliced onion into the blender bowl. Grind until a homogeneous minced meat is obtained.
In a bowl, beat a couple of eggs, add flour and classic yogurt.
Mix eggs, flour and yogurt thoroughly with a whisk until a homogeneous thick dough is obtained.
Add minced meat, salt, spices to the bowl and mix with a spatula until smooth.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and spread small portions of dough with a spoon. Fry on low heat for 4 minutes. Then fry on the other side for another 3 minutes, covering the pan with a lid.
You can serve pancakes right away while they are hot or warm. Together with them, you can serve greens, vegetables.
