Usually vegetables have to be squeezed from the juice, but in this recipe everything is different. Since there are no eggs or dairy products in it, zucchini juice will serve to combine with flour. If it is not enough, add a couple of tablespoons of boiled water.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini - 400 g
  • Flour - 150 g
  • Ground black pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Vegetable oil (for frying) – 50 ml

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater.

Add salt, ground pepper and mix. The workpiece should stand at room temperature for a couple of minutes.

Pour in the sifted flour and mix well.

Heat the oil in a frying pan, spoon out small pancakes and fry for 1.5-2 minutes on each side.
