Toppings for croissants can be very different - sweet, salty and even from different ingredients. But kids just love croissants with nutella. They are very easy to cook. The recipe is already in front of you, it remains only to stock up on everything you need!
Ingredients
- Puff pastry - 500 g
- Nutella - 12 tsp.
- Egg yolks - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Defrost the dough at room temperature.
Roll out, moving only in one direction. This will preserve the structure of the layers and the dough will "grow" well.
Cut the resulting cake into identical triangles. You should get 12 pieces.
Put 1 tsp of nutella on a wide edge.
Turn the sides inside so that the filling does not leak out. Gently roll up the loose roll and fix the edge. Repeat the steps with the remaining blanks and filling.
Place the croissants on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush with yolk.
Bake for 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 degrees, and then another 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
