Pancakes with chicken pate are perfect for the whole family. As a basis, you can use any recipe for making pancakes – on milk, kefir or whey. You can also add onions, mushrooms and bacon to the chicken pate.
Ingredients
- Milk - 300 ml
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
- Chicken fillet (boiled) – 350 g
- Sour cream - 3 art.l.
- Spices and seasonings - to taste
- Vegetable oil - 3 art.l.
- Flour (wheat) – 60 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat eggs into a bowl, add sugar and a pinch of salt. Stir with a whisk.
Add flour and pour in half the milk, a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil. Mix intensively until a homogeneous, thick mass without lumps is obtained.
Add the milk and bring the dough to the desired degree of density.
Cut the boiled chicken fillet into pieces, put it in a blender bowl together with sour cream and grind until a homogeneous paste is obtained.
Heat a spoonful of oil in a frying pan, pour a little dough and spread it over the pan. After a couple of minutes, flip the pancake to the other side and fry for another minute. Transfer to a saucer and fry the next pancake.
Put a couple of spoons of pate on the edge of the pancake. Wrap it in a tight roll. You can also wrap a pancake with an envelope.
Serve the finished pancakes warm, you can with sour cream and fresh herbs.
