From time to time I cook delicious pancakes for my family. Among my favorite recipes there is one that can be used even during fasting or dieting. For the best result, I advise you to take instant flakes.
Ingredients
- Oat flakes - 1 glass
- Flour (with slide) – 4 tbsp.l.
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Milk - 100 ml
- Sugar - 3 art.l.
- Baking powder dough - 1 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grind the oat flakes in a blender.
Add flour, baking powder and sugar.
Add lightly beaten eggs, warm milk and mix well until smooth.
Put 2-3 tablespoons of dough in the middle on a dry frying pan with a non-stick coating, forming a perfectly round island.
Fry over medium heat until golden brown on both sides. Repeat the steps with the rest of the test.
