Pizza can be prepared in different ways. You can bake it immediately with the whole filling. And you can first prepare the base, and then supplement it with other ingredients. This time I propose to focus on the second option.
Ingredients
- Milk - 70 ml
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Flour - 1 glass
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l .
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Tomato sauce - 100 g
- Mozzarella - 80 g
- Parmesan - 40 g
- Olives - 1 handful
- Arugula - 1 handful
- Prosciutto - 100 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix milk, egg and butter, add salt and flour. Knead and roll out the dough.
Brush the dough with tomato sauce and arrange the mozzarella pieces. Put the pizza in the oven for about 15-17 minutes at 200 degrees.
Place slices of prosciutto, thinly sliced parmesan, a ring of olives and arugula on top.
