I love making muffins. Unlike cupcakes, they do not need to be beaten with a mixer, which means the process is slow and calm. Most of all, my family loves muffins with chocolate drops and blueberries. It's really delicious!
Ingredients
- Flour - 600 g
- Milk (warm) – 250 ml
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Butter - 40 g
- Baking powder dough - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 120 g
- Salt - 0,25 tsp.
- Vanillin - at the tip of the knife
- Chocolate drops - 2 art.l.
- Blueberries - 1 glass
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Sort the blueberries, rinse and put them on a towel to dry. Mix the sifted flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and vanilla.
Separately mix lightly beaten eggs, melted butter and warm milk.
Pour the liquid blank into the dry one and knead the dough.
Add blueberries, chocolate drops and mix gently.
Fill the silicone molds by a third and carefully rearrange them on a baking sheet.
Bake for 15-20 minutes in a well-heated oven at 180 degrees.
