Cheese pancakes can be made using any cheese, as well as fresh or frozen greens to your taste. If desired, wrap any filling in such pancakes, for example, meat or mushroom. Sharing my recipe!
Ingredients
- Milk - 350 ml
- Flour (wheat) – 60 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Cheese (solid) – 50 g
- Dill - 1 small bundle
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Sugar - 1 tbsp.l.
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
In a bowl, beat a couple of eggs, add sugar and salt.
Add the whole volume of flour and 1/3 of the milk. Stir with a whisk until you get a thick dough without lumps. Next, pour in the milk until you reach the desired degree of density.
Then pour in the vegetable oil and stir the dough.
Add grated cheese and finely chopped dill. Stir and leave the dough to infuse for 15 minutes.
Grease a hot frying pan with frying oil and pour out a little dough, spread it over the pan. Fry for a couple of minutes on low heat. On the other hand, fry for another minute and a half.
Fry the pancakes until the dough runs out. Serve them hot or warm, you can with sour cream.
