We will cook this pizza from homemade dough. If you want to get a thin dough, you just need to roll it out thinner. And the rest - everything is done very easily and quickly. You will definitely like it!
Ingredients
- Water (warm) – 100 ml
- Sugar - 1/2 tsp.
- Dry yeast - 1 tsp.
- Flour - 160 g
- Salt - 3 pinches
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l.
- Tomato sauce - 3 tbsp.l.
- Sausages - 2-3 pieces
- Pickled mushrooms - 7-8 pieces
- Cheese - 100 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put the dry ingredients in a bowl – flour, salt, sugar and yeast.
Pour in warm water and olive oil.
Knead the dough – it will be sticky enough. You do not need to add flour, only if the dough is not completely liquid. Cover the bowl with clingfilm and leave to come up for an hour.
After an hour, the dough will increase in size by about two times.
Transfer the dough to a baking sheet covered with foil. Stretch it into a thin layer.
Spread the sauce on the dough and put the sliced sausages on top.
Cut the pickled mushrooms into plates and put them on top.
Sprinkle the filling with grated cheese and send it to the oven. Bake at 170 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
