Among the different types of cookies, shortbread is the most popular. It is delicious, easy to prepare and perfectly stored. Especially shortbread cookies are loved by children. Serve it with warm milk, cocoa, tea, coffee or other favorite drink.
Ingredients
- Flour - 3,5 glasses
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Butter (soft) – 200 g
- Baking powder - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - 150 g
- Vanillin - on the tip of the knife
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix soft butter with vanilla, sugar and beat with a mixer.
Continuing to beat, add one egg at a time.
Mix the sifted flour with baking powder.
Add the egg-butter mixture and knead the dough. Form a ball, cover with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 5-7 mm, squeeze out the cookies with a glass or cutting.
Cover the baking sheet with baking paper, lay out the cookies and bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees.
