Moderately sweet, porous and very tasty pie! It can be served on its own or used as a base for cakes or desserts. During the baking process, the most important thing is not to overdo it, so I advise you not to leave the oven unattended!
Ingredients
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Milk - 1 glass
- Flour - 260 g
- Cocoa - 50 g
- Butter - 100 g
- Sugar - 1 glass
- Baking soda - 0,5 tsp.
- Vinegar - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - on the tip of the knife
- Powdered sugar - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix the sifted flour, sugar, cocoa and salt.
Add melted butter, warm milk and soda, slaked with vinegar.
Beat the mass with a mixer at low speed, adding eggs one at a time. As a result, you will get a liquid dough.
Cover the split mold with baking paper and lay out the dough.
Bake for 50 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Check the readiness of the pie with a wooden skewer.
Put the pie on the grill, cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
