Most often, mashed soups are made from green or frozen peas, but I suggest using dried peas today. Thanks to the chicken broth, the dish will not be too bland. When serving, sprinkle it with crackers or herbs to taste.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Peas (crushed) – 200 g
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Spices and seasonings - 1 art.l.
- Butter - 20 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Coarsely chop the chicken, rinse the peas and pour all together with water.
Cook until the peas are soft.
Chop the onion and garlic, fry in butter until golden and send it to the soup.
Boil for a couple more minutes, chop everything with a blender and season to taste.
