Coarsely chop the pork, fill with water and boil until tender.
Cut the potatoes, add to the broth and cook for 15 minutes.
Finely chop the onion and carrot, fry until browned and send it to a saucepan.
After 5 minutes, add spices to taste and chopped sorrel.
Bring to a boil, remove from heat and let the green borscht brew.
