Each type of fish is cooked differently. This difference is especially well felt in the preparation of fish soup. Try to cook it from sea bass according to the following recipe. The dish will turn out rich and unusually fragrant.

Peel the sea bass from the scales, gut, slice and rinse.

Peel potatoes and carrots, slice. Peel the onion from the husk and leave it whole.

Add sea bass, onion, parsley root and black pepper to cold water. Cook for 15 minutes on low heat.

Catch the fish with a slotted spoon, strain the broth through cheesecloth, discard the onion.

Return the pan with the broth to the fire, add the potatoes, carrots and cook for 10 minutes.

Add the boiled fish, crushed garlic cloves and cook for another 5 minutes.

Add salt, turn off the heat and cover for 20 minutes.

Pour the fish soup on plates and sprinkle with chopped dill.
