- Peas (stabbed) – 200 g
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Celery - 1 piece
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Butter - 20 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak the peas in advance for a couple of hours. Fill with water and cook until soft. It's about an hour.
Chop the chicken with a blender, adding water for convenience.
When the peas are cooked, send the chicken mass to it, and cook for 10 minutes, stirring.
Chop the onion, carrot and celery, and fry in butter. Send it to the soup.
