Ingredients
- Pumpkin (pulp) – 500 g
- Dried apricots - 0.5 glasses
- Sugar - 40 g
- Nutmeg - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the pumpkin and dried apricots, pour in a little water to cover them, and cook for 40 minutes under the lid on low heat.
Grind the mass with a blender and grind through a sieve.
Add sugar and nutmeg, bring to a boil again and arrange the puree in sterile jars.
