- Cloudberry - 1 kg
- Sugar - 700 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cover the cloudberries with sugar and leave for a couple of hours.
Bring to a boil and boil for 5-7 minutes.
Put the workpiece in sterile jars and sterilize them for another 15 minutes.
Roll up the cloudberry for the winter.
