This recipe arose as a result of another experiment. It turned out that jam from apples and plums is an interesting variant of a delicious preparation for the winter. Fruits are just perfectly combined with each other. My apples were sour, so I had to add a lot of sugar.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the apples and plums, cut in half and peel the seeds.
Pass through a meat grinder or grind in a blender.
Add sugar, stir and leave for 3 hours.
Boil for 5 minutes and add citric acid.
Reduce the heat to low and cook for another 5 minutes.
Put the hot jam in sterilized jars, roll up and turn upside down.
