Peel tomatoes and apples, remove the middle from the apples, and the seeds from the plum, and peel the onion.

Put everything through a meat grinder.

Add sugar and salt, and cook the ketchup on low heat for an hour under the lid, and then for an hour without the lid.

5 minutes before the end, add pepper and vinegar.

Roll the ketchup into sterile jars.
