Blueberries begin to be sold en masse in August. Delicious berries with a unique chemical composition are necessarily harvested for the winter. It's hard to even imagine a winter tea party without fragrant blueberry jam. And you can cook it according to this recipe.

Ingredients

  • Blueberries - 2 kg
  • Sugar - 1 kg
  • Citric acid - 0,5 tsp.
  • Water - 200 ml

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Pick blueberries and rinse thoroughly under running water.

Put the berries in a saucepan, cover with sugar and put aside for 4-6 hours.

Pour in water, bring to a boil over low heat and boil for 5 minutes.

Add citric acid, soak for another 5-7 minutes and close in prepared jars.
