- Cabbage - 2 kg
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Cranberries - 40 g
- Salt - 1 tbsp.l .
- Sugar - 1 art.l.
- Vinegar - 0.5 glasses
- Vegetable oil - 0.5 glasses
- Water - 1 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Thinly chop the cabbage and mash it slightly with your hands.
Cut carrots into strips, mix with cabbage and add cranberries.
Boil water, butter, sugar and salt. Add the vinegar and let the marinade cool down a little.
Pour the marinade over the cabbage and leave it under the yoke for at least a couple of days.
Try it to see if it has leavened to the desired taste, and put it in sterile jars.
