Ingredients
- Gooseberry - 1 kg
- Sugar - 1 kg
- Basil - 4 twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pour a couple of tablespoons of water to the gooseberries and boil until the berries are soft.
Rub it through a sieve and add finely chopped basil.
Bring the workpiece to a boil again.
Boil the jam for 15 minutes and roll it into sterile jars.
