Classic jam is not only long to cook, but also unbearably hot. Especially if you make a lot of blanks. I prefer quick recipes from ground berries, and I just want to share one of them.

Go through the raspberries and leave only the whole beautiful berries. Gently rinse it with cool water and let it drain.

Chop the berry into a puree with a plastic or wooden spoon, but do not use metal. When oxidized, it gives its flavor to the workpiece.

Add sugar to raspberry puree, mix thoroughly and leave for 2 hours.

Mix again and fill the dry, cooled sterilized jars to the top. Roll up the blank.
