Ingredients
- Dogwood - 450 g
- Hot red pepper - 1 piece
- Garlic - 6 teeth
- Parsley - 20 g
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 2 tbsp.l.
- Water - 200 ml
- Vegetable oil - 1 art.l.
- Hop-suneli - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fill the dogwood with water and boil for 15 minutes.
Let it cool, strain the broth separately, and rub the berries through a sieve.
Chop pepper, garlic and herbs in a blender. Add the dogwood and whisk again. Adjust the consistency by decoction.
Add sugar, salt and spices, and boil for another 10 minutes after boiling.
Roll up the tkemali in sterile jars.
