Few things will add joy so quickly on cold winter days as this apricot nectar. The technology of its preparation differs from ordinary juice, and even more so from jam or compotes. I'll tell you more in the recipe later.
Ingredients
- Apricots - 700 g
- Water - 800 ml
- Sugar - 100 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Remove the seeds from the apricots.
Fill the halves with sugar, pour water and boil for 20 minutes.
Grind everything through a sieve.
Boil the nectar for another minute and roll it into sterilized jars.
