Ingredients
- Plums - 1 kg
- Chili pepper - 2 pieces
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.l .
- Salt - 0.5 tbsp.l .
- Sugar - 100 g
- Tomato paste - 1 tbsp.l.
- Garlic - 100 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Remove the seeds from the plum and pass it through a meat grinder.
Chop garlic and chili in a blender. Add the tomato and butter.
Add sugar and salt, and simmer the sauce for 15 minutes on low heat.
Roll up the tkemali in sterilized jars.
