Pear condensed milk for winter

The first time I tried pear condensed milk, I didn't even understand what it was made of. With the addition of milk and sugar, it really does not differ much from the original. Of course, it will take a long time to cook it, but in the end, the efforts will be adequately rewarded.


  • Pear - 1 kg
  • Milk - 800 ml
  • Sugar - 1,2 kg
  • Baking soda - 0,5 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Cut pears into quarters, peel and seeds, chop.

Put in a saucepan, cover with sugar and leave for 2-3 hours.

Simmer for 40-60 minutes.

Puree the mass with an immersion blender until smooth.

Pour in the milk mixed with soda and cook on low heat for 3 hours.

Put the finished condensed milk in dry jars and roll it up.
