Balkan sweet pepper aivar is one of my favorite preparations, and I will gladly share the recipe with you. First of all, it's incredibly delicious. Secondly, cooking requires a minimum of ingredients and effort. I tell you what to do and how to do it correctly.
Ingredients
- Bell pepper - 1 kg
- Garlic - 3 clove
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l .
- Vinegar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Sugar - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Bake the whole pepper at 200 degrees in the oven until scorched, turning it over periodically.
Peel it from the seeds and legs, and chop it with a blender with garlic.
Add butter, salt and sugar, and boil the aivar over low heat until it is boiled about three times.
Pour in the vinegar and roll the ivar into sterile jars.
