Ingredients
- Zucchini - 800 g
- Garlic - 6 teeth
- Salt - 60 g
- Sugar - 20 g
- A mixture of peppers with peas - 1 tsp.
- Apple juice - 800 ml
- Water - 200 ml
- Vegetable oil - 60 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Arbitrarily slice the zucchini and put it in sterile jars with garlic and pepper.
Boil apple juice with water, sugar and salt.
Pour the oil into the marinade and bring it to a boil again.
Pour the zucchini and sterilize the jars for 20 minutes in boiling water.
Roll them up for the winter.
