For me, the main advantage of jam made from peaches and apples is that it turns out very thick even without long cooking. This is possible due to the high content of pectin in these fruits. And the less heat treatment – the more vitamins are preserved.

Pour boiling water over the peaches for a minute, rinse with cold water and peel.

Remove the seeds and finely chop the fruits.

Peel and finely chop the apples.

Cover everything with sugar and cinnamon, and leave for a couple of hours.

Bring to a boil and boil the jam for 20-30 minutes.

Roll it up in sterile jars.
