  • Apples - 2 kg
  • Sugar - 2 kg
  • Lemon juice - 100 ml
  • Water - 500 ml

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Cut the apples into quarters, peel the seeds and cut into slices.

Sprinkle with lemon juice and mix.

Boil water, add sugar and boil for 5-7 minutes.

Pour in the apples, boil for 1 minute, turn off the heat and leave under the lid for 3 hours.

Pour the syrup into a separate saucepan, boil for 5 minutes, add the apples and immediately turn off the heat. Put aside to cool for 2-3 hours.

Drain the syrup again, boil and pour in the apples.

Boil for 5-7 minutes, put in jars and roll up.
