I always have a couple of jars of this delicious delicacy in my pantry. Cherries in gelatin can be served with pancakes, pancakes and simply smeared on bread. Harvesting for the winter will not take you much time, and the result will certainly please you.

Ingredients

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the cherry under running water, remove the bones. Drain the resulting juice into a separate container.

Put the cherries in a deep saucepan, cover with sugar and put aside for 6-8 hours.

Dilute gelatin in cherry juice, leave for 15-20 minutes.

In a steam bath, warm up the gelatin mass for a couple of minutes, but do not bring it to a boil.

Put a saucepan with cherries on low heat and boil for 5-7 minutes after boiling.

Pour in the gelatin blank, mix and immediately remove from heat. Spread out in sterilized jars and roll up.
