To be honest, I adore cherry jam, but the process of separating the bones reminds me of hard labor. That's why I use only this recipe. Minimum hassle, maximum taste, aroma and nutrients.

Ingredients

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Prepare the berries. Rinse them well and separate them from the cuttings. Pour the berries into a slow cooker, cover with sugar and leave for 2 hours to let the berries juice.

Turn on the slow cooker. I use the "Jam Preparation" mode, but if there is no such thing, you can just simmer for about an hour.

When the cooking process is over, pour the jam into sterilized jars and send it to cool in a dark place.
